How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Aramex. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the Aramex website or through their app. For more details, visit our dedicated tracking page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.
Can I return or exchange my stove?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
