Refund Policy

At OutbackFire, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Clearance or promotional items unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
